Reducers (pressure regulators) cylindrical Promtekomplekt single-stage PTC BPO-5-2 article 2117602 are designed to reduce and regulate the pressure of the gas coming from the cylinder, and automatically maintain at a constant set level of working pressure of the gas when feeding posts and installations of gas welding, cutting, soldering, heating and other processes of gas flame treatment.

Reducers are produced in the climate version UHL2 for atmosphere type II and group of operating conditions – 3 according to GOST 15150-69, but for operation in the temperature range -25 to +50 ° C.

Q2. What is its precise pressure adjustment range? Is this suitable for my device?
According to the pressure dial, its high-precision output adjustment range is 0.01 to 0.10 MPa. This range is very precise and designed for equipment that requires extremely stable, low-pressure gas supply, such as certain precision industrial burners, laboratory equipment, or low-power gas appliances. If you need a higher pressure (such as the common 0.8MPa), please note that this model is not applicable.
Q3. Can the material adapt to the dry and dusty climate in Central Asia?

It is recommended to apply soapy water after the first installation to check if there is any air leakage at the interface.

It is recommended to conduct an inspection every 3-6 months in environments with high levels of sand and dust, including cleaning the dust on the threads of the red knob, checking the sealing of each interface, and observing whether the pressure gauge pointer is sensitive and smooth during zeroing and adjustment.
