Kazakhstan, Russia, and other countries adopt GOST standards, and customers will require products to comply with GOST R 52323-2005 (General Safety Requirements for Gas Reducers) or GOST R 51650-2000 (Safety of Gas Equipment).
Specification：
Gas: Propane (C ∝ H ₈), also compatible with flammable gases of the same type as liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) (airtightness needs to be confirmed).
Inlet pressure: 25 bar (approximately 2.5 MPa), suitable for high-pressure output of propane steel cylinders/gas sources (common working pressure of propane steel cylinders is about 1.6~2.5 MPa).
Export pressure: 25 bar
Maximum working pressure: 0.3 MPa (i.e. the maximum safe pressure at the outlet to ensure the safety of downstream equipment/pipelines).
After sales and service：
Warranty period: usually 1-2 years (subject to brand policy), non human damage can be repaired/exchanged for free.
Technical support: Provide pressure regulation guidance, troubleshooting (such as pressure failure, leakage, etc.), contact DERKIA after-sales to trace batches and warranty.

Quality Control and Consistency：
1. Batch stability
Our company requires a high degree of uniformity in performance parameters (such as export pressure deviation and sealing) for the same batch of products to avoid downstream equipment failures caused by individual differences.
SPC (Statistical Process Control) data may be required to demonstrate that the CPK value for critical processes such as valve core machining and pressure gauge calibration is ≥ 1.33, ensuring a yield rate of ≥ 99.5%.
2. Durability and lifespan testing
Conduct fatigue testing before leaving the factory (such as no leakage of the sealing ring and pressure attenuation ≤ 5% after 100000 cycles of opening and closing) to verify long-term reliability.
The material needs to undergo salt spray testing to ensure that there is no red rust after 72 hours of neutral salt spray, ensuring the durability of brass parts in humid/corrosive environments.
3. Full inspection and traceability mechanism
Require 100% airtightness testing before leaving the factory (such as holding at 0.6 MPa for 3 minutes without leakage), and provide a unique serial number/QR code to support traceability of each product to production time, operator, and raw material batch.
Key components such as springs and seals have supplier COA (Certificate of Conformity) to provide reference, ensuring that the material meets the requirements of propane resistance and temperature resistance (-20 ℃~60 ℃).
