Mainly applicable (flow range of 1.0-5.0 m ³/h):
1. Conventional manual gas welding (oxygen acetylene welding)
Welding thickness: Suitable for butt welding and fillet welding of low carbon steel and low alloy steel plates with a thickness of 3mm to 10mm.
Typical applications: pipeline maintenance, steel structure connection, thin plate container manufacturing, agricultural machinery repair.
2. Small and medium-sized gas cutting (oxygen acetylene cutting)
Cutting thickness: It is very suitable for cutting steel plates with a thickness of 5mm to 50mm, and is a commonly used choice for on-site cutting, waste decomposition, and installation groove preparation.
Operation feature: It can stably support continuous cutting operations of cutting nozzles 1-3.
3. Thermal processing and correction of metals
Application: To locally heat and correct deformation of metal components such as beams and slabs, or to perform hot bending forming. This flow is sufficient to provide a stable and concentrated large-area heating flame.
4. Brazing and Hard Brazing
Suitable for brazing copper pipes, air conditioning ducts, and large copper components, requiring a large flame to ensure uniform heating.
5. Maintenance workshop and on-site service
This is the most typical application environment for the flow range regulator. The work intensity and continuity of sporadic welding and cutting operations in automobile repair shops, shipbuilding section maintenance, and construction sites are fully within the support range of this equipment.
