The process of collaborating with us on order

1.Clarify product technical parameters and 
requirements:
Application scenario: What medium is it used for? (such as oxygen, acetylene, argon, natural gas, compressed air, water, pressure range,product material etc.).
Quantity and Budget: Procurement Quantity and Budget Range.

2. Confirm the quotation
Technical communication and selection, product selection suggestions,
The quotation include information such as product model, description, unit price, delivery time, payment method, packaging, etc.
 If necessary, it can be requested to provide “samples” for order production.

3. Sign contract/order:
Sign a formal procurement contract or confirm cooperation through purchase orders.
The contract/order must specify: product model, technical specifications, quantity, price, delivery time and location, payment terms, acceptance criteria, quality assurance, and after-sales terms
4. Order execution production/Advance payment:
The customer pays the 50% advance payment before Production then we organize production. For standard products, this step is about 5-7days; For customized products about 7-15 days.
 
5. Order inspection and delivery:
After completes production, we conduct factory tests  and provide inspection reports upon request.
The customer pay the final payment as agreed in the contract.
Arrange shipment and provides shipping documents such as packing lists, invoices, and bills of lading.
6. Acceptance and after-sales service
After the customer receives the goods, after-sales service and long-term cooperation:
We will provide necessary technical support and operational guidance.
Establish good communication channels to prepare for subsequent spare parts procurement.
