The FLASHBACK ARRESTOR OHD series is an innovative compact anti backfire safety device designed specifically for mobile or space limited oxygen applications that require direct connection to high-pressure hoses. It abandons the traditional regulator installation mode and can be directly integrated in the middle of the gas path, providing critical tempering protection for oxygen hoses.

Technical specifications:
Applicable gas: Medical or industrial oxygen (O ₂)
The internal materials have been degreased, completely oil-free, compatible with high-purity oxygen, and safe without pollution.
Maximum working pressure: Common models: 10 bar/15 bar/20 bar (optional), covering various pressure levels from low-pressure blowing to high-pressure cutting and other applications.
Rated flow rate: 25-60 m ³/h (depending on the model), it can still provide sufficient flow in a compact volume to meet the needs of most single point operations.
Inlet connection: Standard threaded interfaces (such as G1/4 “or NPT 1/4”) can be directly screwed into the outlet of the gas source valve or used as intermediate joints in the pipeline. Provide multiple thread standard options.
Export connection: standard threaded interface (such as G1/4 “or NPT 1/4”) or hose barbed connector
The outlet end is also standard threaded or designed as a barbed joint with a clamp groove, making it easy to securely connect standard oxygen hoses.
Valve body material: high-strength brass or stainless steel
Pressure and corrosion resistance ensure long-term reliability in harsh industrial environments.
Trigger mechanism: Mechanical thermal induction cut-off, independent of power supply, pure mechanical action, fast response speed, extremely high reliability.

Direct connection design, extremely flexible installation:
Adopting a straight through design with standard threads on both ends or a thread on one end and a hose connector on the other end, it can be directly connected in series between the gas source valve and the hose, or integrated into any rigid pipeline.
Without relying on specific pressure regulator interfaces, it greatly expands the application range and is particularly suitable for non-standard equipment, experimental devices, or as an upgraded safety module for existing systems.
Compact and sturdy, space saving:
Compared to traditional post regulator flashback arresters, the volume is significantly reduced and the weight is lighter, making it very suitable for installation on narrow space chassis, mobile workstations, or portable devices.
Dual protection concept (optional):
Some high-end models are designed with symmetrical structures, and the airflow direction is reversible. This means that regardless of which end encounters tempering, it can be reliably cut off, and there is no need to strictly distinguish between imports during installation, making it easier to use.
Visual status and easy maintenance:
Integrated trigger status indicator (usually color coded or pop-up button), clear at a glance.
Modular security core, which can be quickly replaced after triggering, has low maintenance costs, and equipment can be restored quickly.
