CGA540 With Flowmeter Gauge High Pressure For Oxygen Cylinder is a high-pressure oxygen cylinder pressure reducer with a flow meter. It uses the CGA540 standard interface and is specifically designed for pressure reduction and flow regulation of medical or industrial oxygen cylinders. It reduces the high-pressure oxygen (usually 15-20 MPa) inside the steel cylinder to a safe and stable working pressure, and works with a flow meter to accurately control the output flow rate. It is used for oxygen therapy, welding and cutting, laboratory oxygen supply and other scenarios.

Interface standard: The air inlet is CGA540 internal thread, specially adapted for oxygen cylinder valves; The exports are mostly DISS or pagoda/barbed joints, which can be connected to oxygen pipelines or welding and cutting hoses.
Pressure range: The intake pressure is usually 15-20 MPa, and the outlet pressure can be adjusted, commonly around 0.2-0.3 MPa (about 2-3 bar), with some industrial models reaching around 1.25 MPa.

1. Pressure reducing structure
Single stage decompression: With a simple structure and low cost, it is suitable for scenarios where pressure fluctuations are not significant.
Double stage pressure reduction: The output pressure is more stable, suitable for welding, precision processes, or equipment sensitive to pressure fluctuations.
2. Material
Valve body: Aluminum alloy+brass internal parts are mainstream, lightweight and corrosion-resistant, suitable for medical and general industries.
For high-purity oxygen (≥ 99.999%) or corrosive environments, it is recommended to choose stainless steel pressure reducers to avoid contamination and corrosion.
Security and Filtering
There must be a built-in safety valve (usually set at around 1.1 times the outlet pressure) to prevent overpressure.
